My name is Claire, and I am a fully qualified Level 5 reflexologist in Coventry, specialising in a wide range of treatments adapted to your needs. I understand that everyone lives with stress; you might feel constantly anxious, overwhelmed, or restless, unable to properly let go.
Reflexology is a chance for you to focus purely on yourself and let your troubles float away in the comfort of your own home, with me bringing your mind and body back into balance. I also use reflexology to support people experiencing physical issues and my clients have reported improvements in symptoms of migraines, menopause, hay fever, asthma, and IBS.
So, if you are struggling with a physical issue of some kind, or just want a chance to genuinely unwind, I am here to help you do exactly that. Feel free to give me a call to arrange an appointment at a time that suits you. Sessions can be held from my treatment room in Coventry, or within a 10-mile radius of my home.

Practiced for thousands of years, reflexology is a holistic complementary treatment that focuses on returning your body to a state of homeostasis.
We all have reflex points on our feet that link to organs and muscles around the body via the nervous system, and by gently manipulating these zones, I can bring relief to areas that have become blocked or tense over time, leaving you feeling lighter on your feet.
Reflexology doesn’t target one area but brings relief to your mind and body as a whole through the way it boosts circulation and activates your body’s own innate capacity for healing.
While reflexologists cannot claim to cure, diagnose, or prescribe any particular condition, reflexology can provide relief for a number of issues, such as:
Treatments available: Foot Reflexology, Hand Reflexology, Ear Reflexology, Meridian Reflexology, Cancer and Palliative Care Reflexology, Fertility and Maternity Care Reflexology and NeuroEndoPsycoImmunoPody (NEPIP).
For more information please view my treatments section or contact me.
Before our first reflexology session, I will send you a consultation form that asks questions about your medical history, diet, lifestyle, and what you wish to get out of reflexology. Doing this allows me to provide a treatment that’s more sensitive to your needs.
Please send back this completed questionnaire before our first initial consultation session, which will last 90 minutes in total, giving us some time to go through the form together and ensure you know what kind of treatment I’m going to be giving you. We will walk through everything together, with me listening to your needs every step of the way.
The most common form of reflexology. Our feet have over 7,000 nerve endings, many of which become blocked over time, so treatment in this area is particularly effective. Gently manipulating these blocked channels allows for energy to flow more effectively throughout the body and helps you feel more relaxed.
Not everyone likes having their feet touched, which is completely fair enough! There could also be problems with accessing the feet for whatever reason, in which case I can offer hand reflexology as well, which is just as effective. I can also give you a number of aftercare techniques to practice in between sessions as well.
The whole body is mirrored on our ear, meaning that stimulating different parts of this area brings balance to certain parts of our body. My auricular reflexology treatment can be adapted to your needs, whatever they may be. This form of stimulation is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating.
This form of reflexology incorporates the use of Chinese meridians and elements in order to pinpoint specific energy pathways throughout the body that have become blocked over time. Targeting these zones allows energy to run freely once again, like electricity going through a house, providing a wonderful sense of lightness and inner peace.
My treatment can be adapted for those who are chronically sick, living with cancer, or receiving palliative care. This is a gentle form of reflexology that responds directly to your needs. I always take care to learn about your medication, stress levels, and any other medical complications (nausea, sleep problems, etc.), as this allows me to tailor treatment closely to you.
By reducing the amount of cortisol (the stress hormone) in your body, reflexology supports the production of follicle stimulating hormones and luteinising hormones, both of which are important for fertility. It is also a wonderful opportunity for expecting mothers to give themselves some self-love and focus purely on themselves and the baby.
This treatment can only be given by Level 5 reflexologists and focuses on the body’s response to stress. We all hold so much stress on our body, and by targeting the body’s nerve, endocrine, and immune system, that tension and anxiety can be brought down, which in turn supports your overall physical and mental wellbeing.
Recline in my chair warm, cosy and covered with a blanket. Close your eyes and enjoy either the silence or gentle music playing in the back ground. I’ll ease the hopi ear candle into your ear allowing the smoke to swirl its way down your ear canal whilst the flickering of the flame gives rise to subtle vibrations that dance slowly and tantalisingly towards your eardrum where the swirling of the smoke and the subtle vibrations intertwine creating a soothing massage sensation on the ear drum. You may hear the hopi ear candle quietly crackling as you are relaxing in the chair, giving you a feeling of calm, warmth and tranquillity, balancing pressure in your ears, forehead and sinuses. Hopi ear candling is a beautiful treatment with efficacious benefits which in turn supports many issues like tension headaches, colds or flu, excess ear noise, stress and anxiety. This can be a stand alone treatment or added onto a reflexology treatment, I'll let you decide.
A few years ago, I was in a dark place, and I knew something had to change. It was not easy; I had a young family, mortgage, and worked full time, making it hard to find time to do something different. Eventually I left my past career behind and took a leap of faith into the unknown, and it was during this time that I had my first reflexology treatment.
I immediately fell in love with the treatment and how it made me feel. I was deeply fascinated by the different body systems that were accessible through reflex points on the feet, and how the reflexologist worked those reflexes. After that first treatment, the reflexologist said, “you’d be good at this!” and it was at that exact moment I decided to follow in their footsteps and become a reflexologist in Coventry.
I have since become a Level 5 Reflexology Practitioner, the highest UK qualification in reflexology, and was trained by the inspirational Ruth Hodgkiss at her In-Spires Reflexology College in Lichfield. Doing this job is such a joy; I can’t wait to keep sharing this beautiful non-invasive complementary therapy with everyone.
